An exhibit exploring the effects that an economic boom can have on communities.
Location: Humboldt and District Museum
Boom features photographic works by Valerie Zink and Rick Pelletier, which explore both the positive and negative impacts that an economic boom can have on communities. It focuses on the human component, the workers and community members, rather than critiquing the industries that determine a rapid economic upturn.
Curated and organized by the Organization of Saskatchewan Arts Councils (OSAC) and toured through OSAC’s Arts on the Move program. Photograph by Valerie Zink, Teresa and Julian, Archival Ink on Paper, 2014.
